Policies

→ Rates are based on 1-2 person occupancy, plus tax (includes breakfast and all other amenities.)
$15/day, $75/week for additional guests.
No charge for children younger than 8 years of age.

→ We have a 2-day minimum stay requirement in cottages and cabins.
30 day minimum stay requirement for major holiday weekends.

→ Weekly rate provides for a free final day.
Week-long stays can begin any day except Saturday.

→ As a country business we depend on guaranteed reservations. Please follow these cancellation policies:

• Cancellations occurring more than 14 days prior to arrival will be charged only a $25 administrative fee.
• Cancellations occurring 14 or fewer days before arrival will be charged the total amount of the reservation.
• Charges are secured with the credit card information on file.
• IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL you must call 573-759-6081. We must acknowledge the cancellation. Email cancellations are not acceptable unless you receive a reply from us.
